摘要
目的探讨分析采取中医正骨技术配合手术治疗踝关节骨折患者的临床疗效。方法选枣庄市薛城区人民医院就诊的100例踝关节骨折患者,随机分为2组,各50例。对照组行常规手术治疗,试验组患者采取中医正骨结合手术干预进行治疗,观察比较2组踝关节活动度及患者治疗效果。结果2组患者术前踝关节活动度、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组患者康复锻炼后踝关节改善情况、生活质量评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论踝关节骨折患者在接受手术干预前采取中医正骨干预,临床治疗效果显著,患者术后康复效果较好,并发症发生几率大大降低。
Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic technique combined with surgery in the treatment of ankle fracture.Methods 100 patients with ankle fractures in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional surgery,and the experimental group was treated with orthopedic technique combined with surgery.Ankle range of motion and therapeutic effect were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The preoperative ankle range of motion and quality of life scores were not statistically different between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The ankle joint improvement and quality of life scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic technique in the treatment of ankle fracture has significantly clinical treatment,the postoperative rehabilitation effect of the patients is better,and the incidence of complications is greatly reduced.
