摘要
目的分析金属丝定位与放射性粒子定位引导切除隐匿性乳腺病变的临床效果。方法选取该院在2017年1月—2020年1月收治的隐匿性乳腺病变患者200例,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各100例,对照组患者采用金属丝定位引导手术切除病灶,观察组患者应用放射性粒子定位引导手术切除病灶,分别比较两种不同定位方式的临床应用效果。结果两组患者的定位准确率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组患者的切缘阴性率为92.0%,再切除率为6.0%,并发症发生率为0.0%,均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.175、18.320、7.446,P<0.05)。结论金属丝定位与放射性粒子定位引导切除隐匿性乳腺病变均能取得满意定位效果,但放射性粒子定位方式具有更好的切缘阴性率,并且其手术安全程度更高,具有更高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of wire positioning and radioactive particle positioning to guide the resection of occult breast lesions.Methods A total of 200 patients with occult breast lesions admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 100 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with wire positioning to guide surgery to remove the lesions.Patients in the observation group used radioactive particle positioning to guide surgical resection of the lesion,and the clinical application effects of two different positioning methods were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the positioning accuracy between the two groups of patients(P>0.05),but the negative rate of resection margins in the observation group was 92.0%,and the resection rate was 6.0%,and the incidence of complications was 0.0%,which were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=19.175,18.320,7.446,P<0.05).Conclusion Both metal wire positioning and radioactive particle positioning guided resection of occult breast lesions can achieve satisfactory positioning results,but the radioactive particle positioning method has a better margin negative rate,and its surgical safety is higher,and it has a higher clinical application value.
