摘要
目的探讨综合护理在小儿重症肺炎高热惊厥中的效果。方法该次研究方便选择的研究对象为该院2018年6月-2019年5月收治的86例小儿重症肺炎高热惊厥患儿,未实施综合护理前(2018年6-11月)收治的43例患儿列为对照组,并实施常规护理;实施综合护理后(2018年12月-2019年5月)收治的43例患儿列为观察组。分别对两组护理效果作出分析与比较。结果观察组高热、惊厥症状消失时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.740、8.940、5.070,P<0.05);护理满意度(95.35%)高于对照组(81.40%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.070,P<0.05)。结论在小儿重症肺炎高热惊厥患儿临床护理中实施综合护理可有效缓解患儿的临床症状,加快患儿的康复进程,患儿家属护理满意度高,临床护理效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care in children with severe pneumonia, fever and convulsion. Methods The subjects conveniently selected for this study were 86 children with severe pneumonia and high febrile seizures admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019, and 43 children admitted before comprehensive care(June to November 2018) were included in the control group and routine care was implemented;43 children admitted to the comprehensive care(December 2018 to May 2019) were included in the observation group. Analyzeed and compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results The observation group’s high fever, convulsive symptom disappearance time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.740, 8.940, 5.070,P<0.05);nursing satisfaction(95.35%) was higher than that of the control group(81.40%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.070, P<0.05). Conclusion Implementation of comprehensive nursing in the clinical nursing of children with severe pneumonia, high fever and convulsion can effectively alleviate the children’s clinical symptoms, speed up the children’s recovery process, and the children’s family members have high nursing satisfaction and significant clinical nursing effects.
