摘要
利用WOES智能优化节能系统数据挖掘技术,可以挖掘企业“数据”价值,帮助企业节能降耗。本文以该功能在某水泥企业的应用为例,在保证企业水泥生产质量的前提下讨论利用数据挖掘技术分析水泥企业DCS系统和WOES系统数据。本文按照水泥企业生产“五稳”管理简述、DCS系统“五稳”管理的不足、“分析诊断”节能降耗过程原理、“分析诊断”数据挖掘实现过程以及节能效果分析五个部分详细阐述。
WOES optimization energy saving system is powerful tool for saving energy and reducing consumption.Exploiting data mining techniques could further enhance the value of data collected by enterprises."This paper presents a case study of data mining aided energy saving and consumption reduction provided by a cement enterprise.Details on dealing with data obtained from the DCS system and WOES system while ensuring production quality are included.By following the"five stability"concepts which is popular in the management of cement enterprises,details on the principle of energy saving and consumption reduction process,the data mining realization as well as the energy saving achievements are given。
