摘要
以现有研究成果及案例研究文献为研究样本,通过系统回顾与深度分析,对中国情境下的知识创造研究内容框架进行总结与梳理,分析其主要特征及未来趋势,并提出促进本土知识创造理论创新发展的研究思路。研究发现,中国情境下的知识创造研究有理论建构与理论发展导向两种案例类型,遵循着以科学问题为主导,兼顾情境因素,并从聚焦于现象的低度情境化分析逐渐向高度情境化方向发展,但缺乏情境本身分析。鉴于此,对后续研究提出三点展望:一是要继续扩展与丰富情境;二是要通过现象驱动或者理论启迪等方式来深化情境分析;三是要通过定量研究方法进一步检验中国情境下知识创造模型理论与管理现实的契合程度。
Taking the existing research results and case studies as research samples,this paper summarizes and sorts out the research content framework of knowledge creation in Chinese context through systematic review and in-depth analysis,analyzes its main characteristics and future trends,and puts forward research ideas to promote the innovation and development of local knowledge creation theory.This study finds that the knowledge creation research in Chinese context has two types of cases:theoretical construction and theoretical development orientation.It follows the scientific problem and takes into account the situational factors,and gradually develops from low-level situational analysis focusing on phenomena to high-level situational analysis,but there is a lack of analysis of the situation itself.In view of this,this paper puts forward three prospects for the follow-up research:firstly,to continue to expand and enrich the situation;secondly,to deepen the situation analysis by means of phenomenon driven or theoretical enlightenment;thirdly,to further test the fit degree of knowledge creation model theory and management reality in Chinese context through quantitative research methods.
