摘要
目的:探讨规范化培训提升急诊科轮转护士临床专业水平的应用效果。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年12月急诊轮转护士56人,实施为期3个月的规范化培训,并对培训前后的理论、操作进行考核对比。结果:轮转护士经规范化培训后,理论成绩和操作成绩均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范化培训能够提高轮转护士的临床实际操作能力、理论知识和综合素质,提升轮转护士的临床适应能力,增强轮转护士的急救意识及职业归属感。
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized training on improving the clinical professional level of rotation nurses in emergency department.Methods:From January 2015 to December 2017,56 emergency rotation nurses were selected,they were received 3-month standardized training and the theory and operation before and after the training were compared.Results:After standardized training,the theoretical and operational results of rotation nurses were higher than before training,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized training can improve the clinical practical operation ability,theoretical knowledge and comprehensive quality of rotation nurses,it also can improve their clinical adaptability and enhance the first aid consciousness and professional sense of belonging of them.
