摘要
为了解澜沧拉祜族自治县浮游生物多样性及水质状况,于2017年3月、8月和11月,分为3个不同时期进行浮游生物采样。通过对澜沧县浮游生物定性和定量分析,根据密度、生物量、多样性指数和指示生物对澜沧县水质进行评价,弥补了澜沧县县内无相关研究的空缺。采集到澜沧县浮游植物共7门97属270种,以硅藻门和绿藻门为优势类群;浮游动物共4类85种,以原生动物和轮虫为优势类群。浮游植物密度和生物量分别为0.8443×10^(7)-4.3240×10^(7) ind.·L^(-1)和42.1590-107.3514 mg·L^(-1),峰值均出现在枯水期(3月)。浮游动物密度和生物量分别为0.4733×10^(6)-1.2000×10^(6) ind.·L^(-1)和1.2121-2.8368 mg·L^(-1),峰值均出现在丰水期(8月)。根据浮游生物不同生物指标对水质的评价标准,分析得出澜沧县部分水体受到污染,需要引起当地人民和政府对生态环境的重视。
To evaluate plankton community composition and water quality of the Lancang Lahu Autonomous County,the sample were collected in three different periods in March,August and November 2017.The water quality of Lancang was evaluated with biological indicator,density,biomass,diversity index and indicator organisms,which made up for the lack of relevant research in Lancang County.In the study,270 species of phytoplankton were identified which belonged to 97 genera and 7 phyla,dominated by Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta.A total of 85 species of zooplankton from 4 classes,dominated by Protozoa and Rotifer.The density and biomass of phytoplankton respectively were 0.8443×10^(7)-4.3240×10^(7) ind.·L^(-1) and 42.1590-107.3514 mg·L^(-1),with the peaks in drought period(March).The density and biomass of zooplankton respectively were 0.4733×10^(6)-1.2000×10^(6) ind.·L^(-1) and 1.2121-2.8368 mg·L^(-1),with the peaks in wet period(August).According to the evaluation criterion of water quality by different biochemical indicators of plankton,it was analyzed and evaluated that the sectional of water was polluted in Lancang.So,it is necessary to pay attention to the ecological environment by the local people and the government.
