摘要
放射性皮炎是乳腺癌患者接受放射治疗后最常见的并发症之一,具有长期性、持久性和进行性作用的特点。临床表现包括红斑、脱屑、溃疡、纤维化和坏死,这些皮肤反应不仅影响美观度,而且降低生活质量,导致治疗中断,严重影响整体疗效。本文就乳腺癌放射治疗相关皮肤毒性的研究进展,从分类及机制、分级、影响因素、预防和治疗等方面进行综述。
Radiation dermatitis is one of the most common complications of breast cancer patients after radiation therapy.It has the characteristics of long-term,persistent and progressive effects.The clinical manifestations of radioactive dermatitis include erythema,desquamation,ulceration,fibrosis and necrosis.These skin reactions not only affect beauty,but also reduce the quality of life,leading to the interruption of treatment,and seriously affect the overall efficacy.This paper reviews the research progress of skin toxicity during radiotherapy for breast cancer from the aspects of classification,mechanism,grading,influencing factors,prevention and treatment.
