摘要
目的:探讨在新冠肺炎疫情期间医院信息化远程运维的技术方法。方法:利用远程业务监控和无人值守运维实现实时性能评估与故障诊断。结果:通过抽调2020年1月1日至3月31日上海市精神卫生中心三个月内的5大业务数据指标(HIS、LIS、PACS、CDR、PASS),观测到异常点共1280条,通过系统预警将人工运维保障的平均感知时长从6分钟缩短至2.5分钟,有效性提升了58%。结论:远程业务监控和无人值守运维可直观把握医院业务系统的健康状况,提高业务系统运行效能,避免疫情期间聚集性办公,保障院内公共安全。
Objective: To explore technical methods for remote operation and maintenance of hospital informatization during COVID-19 outbreak. Methods: Real-time performance evaluation and fault diagnosis were realized by remote service monitoring and unattended operation and maintenance. Results: A total of 1 280 abnormal points were observed in 5 business data indexes(HIS, LIS, PACS, CDR, PASS) of Shanghai Mental Health Center during the threemonth outbreak period from January 1,2020 to March 31,2020, the average perception time of manual operation and maintenance support was reduced from 6 minutes to 2.5 minutes through systematic early warning, and the effectiveness was increased by 58%. Conclusion: Remote Operation Monitoring and unattended operation and maintenance can directly grasp the health status of hospital operation system, improve the operation efficiency of the system, avoid the gathering work during the epidemic period, and ensure the public safety in hospital.
