摘要
利用超声波C扫描获取了扩散焊缺陷的反射波分布图像,并在成像区域设置了超声波信号采样点,用于分析超声波信号的中心频率和非线性特征参数。相比传统超声波检测波幅评判法,反射波的中心频率与非线性参数包含了更丰富的信息,紧贴型缺陷的检测能力和缺陷定量精度得到提升。基于多参数特征分析超声波检测信号为扩散焊质量评价提供了新的思路。
The reflected wave distribution pattern of diffusion weld defect was obtained by ultrasonic C-scan,and ultrasonic signal sampling points were set in the imaging area to analyze the center frequency and nonlinear characteristic parameters of ultrasonic signal.Compared with amplitude evaluation method of traditional ultrasonictesting,the center frequency and nonlinear parameters of the reflected wave contained more information,the detection ability of kiss defect and quantitative accuracy were improved.The analysis of ultrasonic testing signal based on multiple parameter features provided a new thought for quality evaluation of diffusion welding.
