摘要
研究了用煤矸石酸浸液在微波加热条件下制备聚硅酸硫酸铝铁(PSAFS),并用PSAFS处理模拟废水。考察了聚硅酸活化pH、陈化时间、体系pH、铁铝及铁硅的物质的量比、微波功率、微波加热时间对制备PSAFS性能的影响。结果表明,在聚硅酸活化pH=1.9、陈化时间20 min、pH=1.2、n(Fe^(3+))/n(Al^(3+))=1/1、n(Fe^(3+))/n(SiO_(2))=9/1、微波功率380 W、微波加热时间3 min条件下,可获得PSAFS;XRD及FT-IR分析结果表明,制备的聚合产物主要为无定形PSAFS。
The preparation of polysilicic aluminum ferric sulfate(PSAFS)using coal gangue acidic leaching solution by microwave heating was studied.Treatment of simulated wastewater by PSAFS was investigated.The effects of process parameters such as polysilicate activation pH,aging time,system pH,n(Fe^(3+))/n(Al^(3+)),n(Fe^(3+))/n(SiO_(2))on preparation and turbidity removal performance of PSAFS were examined.The results show that PSAFS is prepared under the conditions of polysilicic acid activation pH of 1.9,aging time of 20 min,system pH of 1.20,n(Fe^(3+))/n(Al^(3+))=1/1,n(Fe^(3+))/n(SiO_(2))=9/1,microwave power of 380 W,microwave heating time of 3 min.The XRD and FT-IR analysis results show that the PSAFS product is amorphous.
