摘要
目的探析护理干预对老年湿疹患者瘙痒的影响。方法选取我院2016年11月至2019年6月收治的老年湿疹患者86例,使用随机数字表法完成组别分配,分为基础护理组与干预组,每组43例。基础护理组仅给予日常皮肤观察、常规病室管理等基础护理,干预组在基础护理组基础上给予护理干预。护理后,对比两组瘙痒缓解情况、焦虑情绪、整体护理满意度情况。结果护理后,干预组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、皮肤瘙痒评分分别为(2.06±0.63)、(31.52±3.06)分,均显著低于基础护理组的(3.56±0.85)、(40.62±4.03)分(P<0.05)。干预组总缓解率显著高于基础护理组(P<0.05)。干预组护理满意度100.00%较基础护理组的74.42%显著更高(P<0.05)。结论临床老年湿疹患者接受有效的护理干预对其瘙痒缓解有直接帮助,且在患者负面情绪改善方面具有良好效果,可提高其护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on pruritus in elderly patients with eczema.Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with eczema admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to June 2019 were selected,and the random number table method was used to complete the group assignment,and they were divided into basic nursing group and intervention group,with 43 cases in each group.The basic nursing group was only given basic nursing care such as daily skin observation and routine ward management,while the intervention group was given nursing intervention on the basis of the basic nursing group.After nursing,the pruritus relief,anxiety,and overall nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and skin pruritus score of the intervention group were(2.06±0.63)and(31.52±3.06)points,which were significantly lower than those of the basic nursing group(3.56±0.85)and(40.62±4.03)points(P<0.05).The total remission rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the basic nursing group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of 100.00%in the intervention group was significantly higher than 74.42%in the basic nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical elderly patients with eczema receive effective nursing interventions that directly help their itching relief,and have a good effect in improving patients'negative emotions,which can improve their nursing satisfaction.
