无导线起搏临床应用进展 被引量：5

Progress in clinical application of leadless pacemaker

摘要 永久起搏器是症状性缓慢性心律失常的基本治疗方法,传统心脏起搏器植入存在导线、囊袋相关及术后并发症等风险。无导线心脏起搏器的出现解决了上述问题。本文将围绕无导线起搏器的特性、多种起搏方式的交叉应用、无导线相关并发症、最新临床应用进展做一系统阐述。
