摘要
某大型主题乐园含长约500m、宽约31m曲线形超平混凝土地坪,针对涉及专业较多、作业面狭窄、激光整平机无法使用等施工难题,自主设计曲线形可调节模板系统,利用高精度水准仪、Dipstick地坪剖面仪控制模板标高与垂直度,选用特殊配合比混凝土进行施工,合理划分施工段,并做好混凝土整平、收光及养护工作。工程实践表明,曲线形可调节模板系统可应用于狭窄作业面超平混凝土地坪施工,不仅满足地坪平整度要求,且具有良好施工效果。
A large theme park contains nearly 500m long and 31m wide curve super flat concrete floor.Against of the construction problems involving numerous specialties,narrow working surface and unusable laser leveling machine,the curvilinear adjustable formwork system was designed independently.It used high precision leveling instruments and Dipstick floor profiling instruments to control the elevation and perpendicularity of the formwork,selected concrete with special mix proportion to construct,divided the construction section reasonably,and done well the leveling,finishing and maintenance of the concrete.The engineering practice shows that the curvilinear adjustable formwork system can be applied to the construction of super flat concrete floor on narrow working surface,which can meet the requirement of floor planeness and have good construction effect.
