摘要
党的十九大提出了中国特色社会主义进入新时代的新判断和加快建设创新型国家的战略任务。加快创新型国家建设,这是新时代应对新科技革命和产业变革的机遇与挑战、解决新时代我国社会主要矛盾、建设中国特色社会主义现代化强国、实现中华民族伟大复兴的需要。新时代创新型国家建设,必须从加强各领域科技创新、完善与优化国家创新体系、建设高端科技创新人才队伍、深化科技体制改革、培育创新文化等方面全面协调推进。
Accelerating the establishment of innovative country in the new era has strategic significance to the great revival of the Chinese nation.The accelerating establishment of innovative country is a necessary countermeasure to address the opportunities and challenges brought by the modern social contradictions of China,to establish a powerful modernized socialist country with Chinese characteristics,and to achieve the Chinese nation’s great revival in the new era.To establish an innovative country,the strengthening of scientific and technological innovation in various fields,the improvement and optimization of the national innovation system,the establishment of advanced scientific and technological innovation group,the creation of an innovative culture,and the deepening reform of the scientific and technological system should be promoted comprehensively.
