摘要
收入是影响居民消费的决定性因素,而生产资料所有制又是影响居民收入的决定性因素,研究居民消费不能忽视生产资料所有制的影响。通过构建“生产—分配—消费”为一体的理论分析框架,基于1999—2017年省级面板数据,实证检验了所有制结构、劳动收入份额与居民消费率之间的内在关系,研究发现:提高国有经济比重有利于居民消费率的提升,国有经济比重提升1个百分点将带来居民消费率0.0710个百分点的提升;国有经济通过劳动收入份额这一中介正向影响居民消费率,国有经济比重提升1个百分点将导致劳动收入份额提高0.1082个百分点,劳动收入份额提高1个百分点将导致居民消费率提高0.1419个百分点。
Income is the decisive factor affecting residents’consumption,and the ownership of means of production is also the decisive factor affecting residents’income.We can’t ignore the influence of ownership of means of production on the residents’consumption.Based on the provincial panel data from 1999 to 2017,this paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework of“production distribution consumption”as a whole,and empirically tests the internal relationship between ownership structure,labor income share and residents’consumption rate.It is found that increasing the proportion of state-owned economy is conducive to the increase of residents’consumption rate,and an increase of 1 percentage point in the proportion of state-owned economy will bring about the increase of residents’consumption rate by 0.0710 percentage point;the state-owned economy has a positive impact on the residents’consumption rate through the intermediary of labor income share,an increase of 1 percentage point in the proportion of state-owned economy will increase the labor income share by 0.1082 percentage point,and an increase of 1 percentage point in the labor income share will lead to an increase of 0.1419 percentage point in the residents’consumption rate.
