摘要
针对综放工作面的覆岩采动裂隙演化规律问题,基于陕西彬长集团小庄煤矿40309综放工作面的煤层赋存条件,采用相似材料物理模拟试验及理论分析的方法,研究了综放开采过程中的覆岩采动裂隙演化规律。研究结果表明,在工作面推采过程中,上覆岩层在纵向上逐渐演化为冒落带、裂隙带、弯曲下沉带的“竖三带”分布,并在梯形台两侧形成了瓦斯上浮优势通道;模拟得到该工作面初次来压步距为36 m,平均来压步距38.7 m,裂隙带范围为37~80.45 m,与理论计算、现场实测值基本相符。得到了该工作面覆岩采动裂隙演化的形态与特征,为该工作面确定卸压瓦斯抽采钻孔参数提供了一定理论依据。
Based on the coal seam occurrence conditions of No.40309 fully mechanized caving face in Xiaozhuang coal mine of Shaanxi Binchang Group,the evolution law of overburden fractures in the process of fully mechanized caving mining was studied by using similar material physical simulation test and theoretical analysis.The research results show that in the process of working face mining,the overlying strata gradually evolve into“vertical three zones”distribution of caving zone,fracture zone and bending subsidence zone in the longitudinal direction,and the gas floating dominant channel is formed on both sides of the trapezoidal platform.The simulation results show that the first weighting step is 36 m,the average weighting step is 38.7 m,and the range of fracture zone is 37~80.45 m,which is basically consistent with the theoretical calculation and field measurement.The study determines the shape and characteristics of the overlying rock fracture evolution of the working face,which can provide a certain theoretical basis for determining the drilling parameters of pressure relief gas drainage in the working face.
