网络媒介传播对劳资纠纷处理的作用研究--是利还是弊?

摘要 近些年来,微博、微信、抖音等新兴自媒体平台不断爆出劳资纠纷的恶性事件,这些由于劳资纠纷协调无果而由当事人选择在网络进行曝光的事件,在网络媒介的推波助澜下短时间内由个体劳资争议上升为网络群体性事件,尽管在短时间内当事人能够达成和解使事件得到较为满意的解决,但网络媒介曝光产生的消极影响仍值得深议。以此为背景,论文将对网络媒介维权的现实可行性、网络媒介解决劳动纠纷的原因、网络媒介对劳资纠纷处理的利弊及通过网络媒介处理劳动纠纷的制度化管理等问题进行分析,以更好地理解网络媒介处理劳资纠纷的相关问题,在维护劳动者合法权益的同时,不断净化网络维权的舆论环境。 In recent years,the vicious incidents of labor disputes constantly broke out in emerging self-media platforms,such as Weibo,WeChat and Vibrato.These incidents,which were exposed by the parties in the network due to the fruitless coordination of labor disputes,rose from individual labor disputes to network group incidents in a short time.Although the parties can reach a settlement in a short time,the negative impact of network media exposure is still worthy of deep discussion.Based on this background,this study will analyze the practical feasibility,reasons,advantages and disadvantages of network media in handling labor disputes,and the institutionalized management of handling labor disputes through network media,so as to better understand the related problems of network media in handling labor disputes,and constantly purify the public opinion environment of network rights protection while safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
