复杂性肛门瘘管切除术+挂线术及肛瘘激光闭合术治疗复杂性肛瘘(伴高位瘘道开口直肠)一例 被引量：6

摘要 病人,女性,31岁。2019年8月腹泻后出现肛周肿块,无明显红肿热痛,少量溢脓溢液,伴有低热。门诊行肛瘘MRI检查:截石位肛管5点钟方向(距肛缘4cm处)见一窦道影走形于括约肌间隙,局部走行至肛周皮下,局部横行走向左侧臀部形成脓腔,形态不规则,范围较大,瘘管及脓腔T2WI呈高信号,增强后管壁较明显强化。
