摘要
本研究主要采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和实验法,探寻太极拳运动对青少年身体健康促进的影响研究,结果显示:太极拳运动有利于提升青少年身体素质,主要表现在提升爆发力、耐力、跳跃素质和柔韧素质上,其中男生的耐力素质和柔韧素质最为明显。建议青少年在从事太极拳运动时应进行合理化动作分组,进行有效的体能素质训练,从而不断提升学生体质健康水平。
This study mainly uses the methods of literature review,expert interview and experiment to explore the influence of taijiquan on the health promotion of teenagers.The results show that taijiquan is beneficial to improve the physical quality of teenagers,which is mainly manifested in the improvement of explosive force,endurance,jumping quality and flexibility quality,among which the endurance quality and flexibility quality of boys are the most obvious.It is suggested that teenagers should be grouped into reasonable groups and trained effectively in order to improve their physical health.
