摘要
"三全育人"工作理念为加强和改进高校研究生思想政治工作、全面落实立德树人根本任务指明了行动方向、提供了科学遵循。新时代,高校研究生思想政治工作的探索与实践,应着力突出育人主体的全员性、育人过程的贯穿性、育人模式的完备性,深化工作内涵、健全协同机制、汇聚育人合力、创新方式方法,不断提升研究生思政工作能力与实效。
The concept of"three-comprehensive education"has provided the direction and scientific basis for improving ideological and political education for postgraduates and implementing the task of moral education and talent cultivation.In the new era,the practice of postgraduate ideological and political education should focus on the broad coverage of subject,the whole course of process,and the completeness of education model.In the process of enhancing the ability and effects of ideological and political education for postgraduates,we should deepen the connotation of education,optimize the synergy mechanism,gather joint efforts and innovate working ways and means.
