摘要
教师教学能力作为提高高校教学质量的核心,是新时代教师队伍建设的热点难题,在建立教师教学质量评价体系、改变课堂教学模式、建立教学督导运行机制等方面发挥了重要作用。该文针对贵州民族大学教学运行状态及青年教师培养的实际需求,结合教学管理以及教学过程中存在的教学数据难以分析、教学难以定量评价等主要问题,提出了基于教学信息反馈的教师教学能力提升新方法,该方法以教师、学生、教学管理人员和教学督导在教学过程中产生的教学数据为基础,对完善教师培养模型、创新教师培养模式、实施优秀教师培养计划,具有重要的借鉴意义。
As the core of improving teaching quality,teachers'teaching ability has become a hot problem in the construction of teachers'team,and plays an important role in establishing the evaluation system of teachers'teaching quality,changing the classroom teaching mode,and establishing the operating mechanism of teaching supervision.In this paper,according to the actual teaching operation state of Guizhou Minzu University and the actual needs of young teachers'training,combining with the main problems in teaching management and teaching operation,such as the difficulty in analyzing teaching data and quantitative evaluation,we proposes a new method to improve teachers'teaching ability based on teaching information feedback.This method is based on the teaching data generated by teachers,students,teaching administrators and teaching supervisors in the process of teaching operation,and has important reference significance for improving teacher training model,innovating teacher training model and implementing excellent teacher training plan.
