摘要
岩藻糖基转移酶Ⅱ(FUT2)和岩藻糖基转移酶Ⅲ(FUT3)基因作为FUT家族中与人类血型密切相关的两个成员,其多态性在人类遗传学、法医学以及疾病相关性等领域均有重要意义。目前对两个基因的多态性研究主要集中在编码区,因它们具有高度多态性和明显的种族特异性,在人类遗传学及法医学领域广泛应用。FUT2和FUT3基因的单核苷酸多态性与多种疾病关系密切,其产物也与微生物感染及体内肿瘤标志物水平有关。但两个基因的多态性及表型与临床疾病的相关性研究尚未广泛开展。未来,FUT2和FUT3基因多态性与疾病的关联性及相关机制需要进一步研究。
FucosyltransferaseⅡgene(FUT2)and fucosyltransferaseⅢgene(FUT3),two members of the FUT family,are closely related to human blood type.Their polymorphisms have shown great significance in the research fields of human genetics,forensic science and the correlations of diseases.At present,the research on polymorphism of the two genes mainly focuses on the coding region,and because of their high polymorphism and obvious ethnic specificity,they have been widely used in the fields of human genetics and forensic medicine.The single nucleotide polymorphism of FUT2 and FUT3 genes are closely related to a variety of diseases,and their products are also related to a variety of microbial infections and the levels of tumor markers in vivo.However,the polymorphism and phenotype of the two genes have not been widely studied in their relations to the clinical diseases.Therefore,the correlation between gene polymorphism of FUT2 and FUT3 and diseases,and the associated mechanisms need further studies in the future.
