摘要
智能电网的建立有效提升了电网系统实际运行的安全与稳定性,实现了电网内部资源的优化配置,为广大用户带来更加安全可靠、高效清洁的电能输送和增值服务。智能电网的建立和运行需要以智能电网数据资产风险管理为前提,要真正提升智能电网数据资产风险管理科学化水平,风险管理属于其中的核心环节。本文针对此问题展开了深入探讨。
The establishment of a smart grid has effectively improved the safety and stability of the actual operation of the grid system,realized the optimized allocation of internal resources of the grid,and brought safer,more reliable,effi cient and clean power transmission and value-added services to the majority of users.The establishment and operation of the smart grid require its data asset risk management as a prerequisite.To truly improve the scientifi c level of smart grid data asset risk management,risk management is the core link.This article has launched an in-depth discussion on this issue.
