郑庄区块二次压裂煤层气井低产原因及改进措施 被引量:3

摘要 沁水盆地南部郑庄区块3号平均含气量较高,但煤层气井规模化投产以来,有一批低产井或不产气井,制约了该区块产能释放。针对这一现象,区块内多数低产井采取了二次压裂增产改造技术,但地质条件和施工参数不匹配导致增产效果不明显。文章通过大量数据分析,提出了井位筛选和施工优化的方法解决二次压裂煤层气井低产问题,并为郑庄区块提供了可控冲击波、煤层顶底板间接压裂等新的增产措施选择。 The average gas content of No.3 Coal Seam in Zhengzhuang block,located in the south of Qinshui Basin,is relatively high,but it is found that there are a number of low production wells or non production wells since the large-scale production of CBM wells,which restricts the release of productivity in this block.In view of this phenomenon,most of the low yield wells in the block adopt the secondary fracturing stimulation technology,but the geological conditions and operation parameters do not match that results in the stimulation effect is not obvious.Through numerous data analysis,this paper puts forward the method of well location screening and operation optimization to solve the problem of low production of secondary fracturing CBM wells,and provides new stimulation measures for Zhengzhuang block,such as controllable shock wave and indirect fracturing of coal seam roof and floor.
