摘要
随着高校固定资产规模的不断壮大和网络技术的普遍应用,信息化管理已成为各高校固定资产管理的一项重要举措。针对高校固定资产管理中存在的问题,学校利用现代网络和信息技术建立了资产全生命周期信息管理系统。介绍了该系统的具体功能和上线过程,以及如何依靠该系统完成了全校固定资产清查,并针对清查工作所反映出的问题进行了剖析。通过固定资产清查,理清了历史积压问题并完善了信息化数据基础,夯实了管理基础;通过信息化建设使资产管理更加透明、高效、规范,实现了资产的精细管理,有效防止固定资产流失。
With the constant growth of the scale of assets and the widespread of network technology application, informatizationhas become an important measure of asset management in universities. In view of the problems existing in the management of assets in universities, University of Science and Technology Beijing has established an asset life cycle information management system by using modern network and information technology. This paper introduces the specific functions and online process of the system, as well as how to rely on the system to complete the whole school fixed assets inventory, and analyzes the problems reflected in the inventory work. Through the fixed assets inventory, the problem of historical backlog has been sorted out, the information-based data base has been improved, and the management foundation has been consolidated. Through the management system, the asset management has become more transparent, efficient and standardized, and the loss of fixed assets has been effectively prevented. This paper presents the idea of achieving scientific, high-efficient, standardized asset management by perfecting the management rules and regulations under informatization conditions.
