煤矿沉陷区混播比例及添加剂对紫花苜蓿和无芒雀麦混贮品质的影响 被引量:5

摘要 试验探讨煤矿沉陷区不同混播比例及添加剂对紫花苜蓿和无芒雀麦混合青贮饲料品质的影响。在山西省煤矿沉陷区将两种牧草按8∶2、7∶3、6∶4、5∶5、4∶6、3∶7和2∶8的比例混播后混贮,2个添加剂处理,分别为0.5%甲酸和5%麸皮,青贮45 d。结果显示,适宜的混播比例和添加剂可以改善矿区紫花苜蓿和无芒雀麦青贮饲料的品质。甲酸添加剂可以显著降低青贮饲料的pH值及氨态氮/总氮(NH3-N/TN)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量(P<0.05);混播比例对各指标均有显著影响(P<0.05)。从感官品质、发酵品质和营养价值综合考虑,在煤矿沉陷区紫花苜蓿和无芒雀麦混播青贮时选用3∶7混播比例,同时添加0.5%甲酸较为适宜,有利于提高青贮饲料的品质。 The experiment studied the effect of different mixed planting proportion and additives on the quality of mixed silage of alfalfa and Bromus inermis. Two kinds of herbage were mixed and stored in the proportion of 8∶2, 7∶3, 6∶4,5∶5, 4∶6, 3∶7 and 2∶8, the fermentation quality and nutritional value of the two additives were 0.5% formic acid and5% wheat bran, which were silage for 45 d. The results showed that the quality of alfalfa and Bromus inermis silage could be improved by the appropriate mixture ratio and additives. Formic acid additive can significantly reduce the pH value,NH3-N/TN, NDF and ADF content of silage(P<0.05), and the proportion of mixed sowing has significant effect on each index(P<0.05). Considering the sensory quality, fermentation quality and nutritional value of alfalfa and Bromus inermis in coal mine subsidence area, 3∶7 mixture ratio and 0.5% of formic acid were suitable for silage in coal mine subsidence area, which was beneficial to improve the quality of silage.
