摘要
目的:探讨卧床体位管理联合踝泵运动在原发性肝癌患者经肝动脉灌注治疗(TAI)术后护理中的应用效果。方法:将2019年10月1日~2020年9月30日收治的962例接受TAI治疗的原发性肝癌患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各481例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用卧床体位管理联合踝泵运动干预。比较两组干预前后舒适度、疼痛程度、并发症发生情况、生活质量及护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组舒适度状况量表(GCQ)评分高于对照组(P<0.01),面部表情疼痛评分量表(FPS-R)评分低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)总分及各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:卧床体位管理联合踝泵运动应用于原发性肝癌患者TAI术后护理中,可以改善患者舒适度,提高患者生活质量和护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of bed rest posture management combined with ankle pump exercise in nursing for patients with primary liver cancer(PLC)after transcatheter arterial infusion(TAI).Methods:A total of 962 PLC patients with TAI enrolled from October 1,2019 to September 30,2020,according to the random number table method,were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 481 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given bed rest posture management combined with ankle pump exercise on this basis.The comfort,pain degree,incidence of complications,quality of life and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,scores of general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),while scores of Face Pain Scale-Revised(FPS-R)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total scores of Generic Quality of Life Inventor-74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of bed rest posture management combined with ankle pump exercise in the nursing for PLC patients after TAI can improve comfort,improve quality of life,and increase nursing satisfaction.
