摘要
目的探讨无缝隙护理对布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者症状改善情况及健康状况的影响。方法选取在本院接受布地奈德雾化吸入治疗的56例急性加重期COPD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(28例,常规护理)和观察组(28例,无缝隙护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的喘憋缓解时间、咳嗽缓解时间、啰音消失时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗依从优良率及护理满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的SGRQ各项评分及总分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理在COPD患者布地奈德雾化吸入治疗期间的应用效果显著,可有效缩短患者症状改善时间,提高护理满意度,改善健康状况。
Objective To investigate the effect of seamless nursing on symptom improvement and health status of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation.Methods A total of56 patients with acute exacerbation COPD who treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were divided into control group(28 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(28 cases,seamless nursing)by random number table method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The asthma relief time,cough relief time,rales disappearance time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SGRQ scores and total scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The seamless nursing in COPD patients applied in treating with budesonide aerosol inhalation has a significant effect,which can effectively shorten the time of symptom improvement,improve nursing satisfaction and patients’health status.
