对基层医院医护人员实施医院感染管理培训的效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨对基层医院医护人员实施医院感染管理培训的效果。方法大连市第七人民医院于2018年1月开始在全院内实施全员医院感染管理培训,该研究选取60名医护人员作为观察对象进行考核,统计培训前、培训6个月后医护人员的医院感染防控专业能力。结果培训6个月后,医护人员的手卫生合格率、医院感染知识掌握评分及医院感染专业技能操作能力评分均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对基层医院医护人员开展医院感染管理培训有利于提高医护人员的医院感染防控专业能力,促进医院感染防控工作更好地开展。 Objective To explore the effect of implementing nosocomial infection management training for medical staff in primary hospitals.Methods Beginning in January 2018,Dalian Seventh People's Hospital has carried out all-staff hospital infection management training in the whole hospital.In this study,60 medical staff were selected as the research objects for assessment.The professional abilities of medical staff before and 6 months after training were compared.Results After 6 months of training,the hand hygiene qualification rate,hospital infection knowledge mastery score,and hospital infection professional skills operation ability scores of medical staff were all higher than before training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Conducting nosocomial infection management training for medical staff in primary hospitals is conducive to improving the professional ability of nosocomial infection prevention and control of medical staff,enabling them to better carry out nosocomial infection prevention and control.
