摘要
目的:血红蛋白电泳联合地中海贫血基因检测对地中海贫血患者的诊断价值分析。方法:针对2017年9月~2019年3月某院收治的1856例地中海贫血患者,按照数字表法均分为使用血红蛋白电泳检测的参照组和使用血红蛋白电泳联合地中海贫血基因检测的观察组各928例,比较两组的血红蛋白指标、地中海贫血检出率。结果:检测后,参照组的血红蛋白指标显著差于观察组;参照组的地中海贫血检出率显著低于观察组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血红蛋白电泳联合地中海贫血基因检测提高了临床检查的准确性,保障了临床在地中海贫血患者诊断方面的正确率,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of hemoglobin electrophoresis combined with thalassemia gene test in patients with thalassemia.Methods:This study was conducted for 1856 patients with thalassemia treated in a hospital from september 2017 to march 2019.According to the digital table method,all patients were divided into the reference group(hemoglobin electrophoresis)and the observation group(hemoglobin electrophoresis combined with thalassemia gene detection),with 928 cases in each group,and the hemoglobin indexes and the detection rate of thalassemia were compared between the two groups.Results:After detection,the hemoglobin indexes of the reference group was significantly worse than that of the observation group,the detection rate of thalassemia in the reference group was much lower than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemoglobin electrophoresis combined with thalassemia gene detection improves the accuracy of clinical examination and ensures the correct rate of clinical diagnosis in patients with thalassemia,which is worthy of promotion.
