Patent Evolution in Reverse Innovation of Local Enterprises

摘要 利用企业专利数量的变化作为技术演化的路径,以体现本土企业逆向创新的发展过程,探讨本土企业逆向创新过程中专利演化的影响因素及演化结果。构建本土企业逆向创新不同阶段竞争生态的Lotka-Volterra模型,通过数值仿真,模拟和分析本土企业逆向创新在国内外两个不同市场竞争条件下的专利演化情况。研究结果表明:在逆向创新中,本土企业的专利演化主要由其资源竞争能力决定;但在国外市场竞争条件下,当企业之间的竞争能力差距不大时,处于劣势的企业有机会利用专利优势获得一定的发展空间。为此,从企业资源竞争能力提升角度提出相应的对策建议:重视不断提高创新能力,积极布局高价值专利,打造企业可持续竞争力。 This paper takes the change of patent number as the path of technological evolution to reflect the development process of reverses innovation of local enterprises, and discusses the influencing factors and evolution results of patent evolution in the process of reverse innovation of local enterprises. A Lotka-Volterra model of competitive ecology in different stages of reverse innovation of local enterprises is constructed, and the patent evolution of reverse innovation of local enterprises under two different market conditions at home and abroad is simulated and analyzed by numerical simulation. The results show that in reverse innovation, the patent evolution of local enterprises is mainly determined by their resource competitiveness;however, under competitive conditions in foreign markets, when the gap of competitiveness between enterprises is small, disadvantaged enterprises have the opportunity to take advantage of patent advantages to obtain certain development space. Therefore, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the angle of improving the competitive ability of enterprise resources: paying attention to continuously improve innovation ability, actively distributing high value patents, and building sustainable competitiveness of enterprises.
