重大疫情期间护生职业认同感现状及影响因素研究 被引量:30

摘要 目的了解重大疫情期间护生职业认同感现状及影响因素,为疫情期间高校开展职业思想教育提供理论依据。方法应用一般资料问卷、职业认同感量表对山西省4所医学类院校935名护生进行问卷调查。结果护生职业认同感总分为44.00(38.00~48.00)分,条目均分为4.40(3.80~4.80)分,性别、学历、就读护理专业原因、居住地是疫情期间护生职业认同感的影响因素(△R^(2)=0.131,P<0.01)。结论疫情期间护生的职业认同感较高,高校应以此次疫情为契机,及时采取适当措施对护生进行职业教育,进一步提高护生的职业认同感。 Objective To understand the status quo and influencing factors of nursing students'professional identity during the major epidemic,and to provide theoretical basis for vocational ideological education in colleges and universities during the epidemic.Methods A total of 935 nursing students in four medical colleges in Shanxi province were investigated by general data questionnaire and Professional Identification Scale.Results The total score of professional identity of nursing students was 44.00(38.00~48.00),and item average score was 4.40(3.80~4.80).Gender,education background,reason for studying and residence were the influencing factors of professional identity of nursing students during the epidemic(R^(2)=0.131,P<0.01).Conclusion The professional identity of nursing students is in a higher level during the epidemic.Colleges and universities should take the epidemic as an opportunity to take appropriate measures to carry out vocational education for nursing students,further improve their professional identity.
