摘要
采集和保存样品是食品微生物检验工作的第一步,对后续的微生物检验工作的顺利开展至关重要。食品微生物检验样品的质量和状况对检验结果起着决定性作用。因此,现就食品微生物检验样品的采集、保存、检验过程进行探究,其目的是保障食品微生物检测结果能够真实反映其食品安全现状。
Collection and preservation of samples is the first step of food microbiological testing,which is very important for the subsequent microbiological testing work.The quality and condition of food microbiological test samples play a decisive role in the test results.Therefore,this paper makes a process exploration on the collection,preservation and test of food microbiological test samples,and its purpose is to ensure that the microbial activity in the tested food can truly reflect its food safety status.
