摘要
本文通过数值模拟对消除白色烟羽的影响因素进行研究。结果表明:环境温度越低、环境风速越小、环境湿度越高、烟囱出口烟气流速越大、烟囱出口烟气温度越高时,烟羽产生情况越明显,反之,则烟羽产生情况减弱;可通过提高机组燃煤品质,燃用发热量高、含水量小的煤质,减小锅炉出口烟气量,降低烟囱出口烟气流速和脱硫后的饱和湿烟气温度等措施,来改善白色烟羽造成的视觉污染,减小后续烟羽治理的设备运行压力和成本。
In this paper, the influence factors of plume elimination are studied by numerical simulation. The results show that, under conditions with lower ambient temperature, higher environmental humidity, smaller ambient wind speed, higher flue gas velocity at the stack outlet and higher flue gas temperature at the chimney outlet, the white plume will become more obvious. Conversely, the smoke plume is reduced. The visual pollution caused by white plume, and the operation pressure as well as the operation cost of the equipment for subsequent plume treatment can be reduced by improving the coal quality, burning coal with high heat and low water content, thus to reduce the flue gas volume, the flue gas flue gas velocity and the saturated wet flue gas temperature after desulfurization.
