摘要
目的:研究腹腔镜结直肠癌手术对结直肠癌患者免疫功能及血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法:2014年5月-2019年5月收治结直肠癌患者56例,随机分为两组,各28例。对照组实施开腹结直肠癌手术;观察组实施腹腔镜结直肠癌手术。比较两组围术期指标水平、免疫功能指标水平及血清TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平。结果:观察组排气时间、住院时间及出血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后3 d外周血CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后3 d血清IL-6、TNF-α及CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜结直肠癌手术可明显改善结直肠癌围手术期指标及免疫功能,减轻机体炎性反应。
Objective:To study the effects of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery on the immune function and serum TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 levels in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:From May 2014 to May 2019,56 cases of patients with colorectal cancer were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 28 cases in each group.The control group underwent open surgery for colorectal cancer.The observation group underwent laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.The perioperative indexes levels,immune function indexes levels and serum TNF-α,CRP,IL-6 levels between the two groups were compared.Results:The exhaust time,hospitalization time and amount of bleeding in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 d of operation,the level of peripheral blood CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the CD8+level was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 d of operation,the serum IL-6,TNF-αand CRP levels in the observation group were lower than those were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery can significantly improve the perioperative indexes levels and immune function of colorectal cancer,it also can reduce inflammatory response.
