摘要
在构建学习型社会的背景下,继续教育作为终身学习体系的重要组成部分,发挥着关键作用。文章以粤港澳大湾区的企业为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方式,在粤港澳大湾区的内地城市中随机挑选以制造业和服务业为主的部分企业进行调查和统计分析,针对企业的用人需求以及对继续教育的看法等实际问题,提出通过三地政府合作、校企合作、校校合作和校社合作等合作方式,推进粤港澳大湾区继续教育的进一步发展。
In the context of building a learning society,continuing education plays a key role as an important part of the lifelong learning system.This paper takes the enterprises in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as the research object,adopts the method of questionnaire survey,and randomly selects some enterprises mainly in the manufacturing industry and the service industry in the inland cities of the Greater Bay Area to conduct investigation and statistical analysis.In view of the employment needs of enterprises and their views on continuing education and other practical issues,this paper proposes to promote the further development of continuing education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area through intergovernmental cooperation in the three regions,and through cooperation between schools and enterprises,research universities and applied universities,as well as schools and social organizations.
