摘要
分级诊疗在我国的卫生服务体系中占据重要位置,但是异地就医为分级诊疗的实现带来了新的挑战。文章基于利益相关者的理论,对异地就医的利益相关者进行界定和损益分析,分析其利益诉求和利益冲突,提出政策建议,以期为更好地推进分级诊疗提供借鉴。
Hierarchical diagnosis and treatment occupies an important position in China’s health service system, but off-site medical treatment challenges its realization. Based on the stakeholder theory, this paper defines and analyzes the profit and loss of the stakeholders who seek off-site medical treatment, analyzes their interest demands and conflicts of interest, and puts forward policy suggestions, so as to provide reference for better promoting hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.
