校园欺凌事件的道德失范及德育重塑 被引量:2

摘要 校园欺凌现象隐蔽地存在于大学、中小学时期,通常在曝光后才引起重视。欺凌行为与道德教育相关,表现为家庭道德教育中父母责任缺失、家庭反欺凌教育意识欠缺。学校道德教育中重成绩轻德育,考试分数仍旧视为评价教学成果的重要标准,教师在治理欺凌行为中的权限不足;社会道德教育中德育理念与客观社会现象存在脱节,不良网络风气影响学生行为;自我道德教育中学生认知能力缺乏,道德行为控制存在缺陷。德育重塑能召唤人文关怀的情感,引领道德认知回归。家庭教育要重视励志教育、家风建设、仁爱思想培育;学校教育要在教学内容、教师道德、道德评价上重视德育;社会教育要弘扬中华优秀传统文化,进行文化育人;学生自身也要注重个人品德的修养。 Campus bullying incidents remain unknown to the public in the universities,and primary and secondary schools,which usually attract the people’s attention only after their being disclosed.Bullying conducts are related to the loss of moral education,which is manifested in the lack of parents'responsibility in family moral education and the lack of awareness of anti-bullying education in families.Moral education at universities or schools attaches more importance to the test scores of the students than to moral education itself in which the test scores still regarded as an important standard to evaluate teaching results,and as a consequence,the teachers'authority in the governance of bullying conducts is insufficient.On the other hand,moral education concept in social moral education is isolated with objective social phenomenon,for the network atmosphere affects the students'behaviors.The insufficiency of the students'cognitive ability in the moral self-education lead to the limitations and weaknesses of the students in controlling their immoral conducts.The remolding of moral education can summon the emotion of humanistic care and lead the regain of moral cognition.Family education should put emphasis on inspirational education,family style construction and benevolence thought cultivation.School education should attach importance to moral education in teaching content,teachers'morality and moral evaluation.Social education should include excellent Chinese traditional culture and educate people with cultural virtues.Students themselves should also pay attention to the cultivation of personal morality.
