摘要
[目的/意义]探讨科学数据开放共享相关问题对于科学数据管理政策的制定与完善具有重要意义。[方法/过程]总结科学数据开放共享的主要模式及其特点,梳理目前已经公布的与科学数据开放共享相关的标准规范及其重要意义,归纳影响科学数据开放共享的关键因素,以期为科学数据管理的后续研究提供参考与借鉴。[结果/结论]通过梳理,得出以下结论:科学数据共享的主要模式主要有科学仪器模式、数据平台模式、数据出版模式、众包处理模式、数据交易模式等,目前主要的科学数据标准规范有描述标准、发布标准、引用标准、评价标准等,影响科学数据开放共享的关键因素为政策制度、技术平台、个人主体等因素。
[Purpose/significance]This study discusses the issues related to open&sharing of scientific data and finds that it is of great significance to the formulation and improvement of scientific data management policies.[Method/process]Firstly,the main modes and its characteristics of open&sharing of scientific data are summarized.Secondly,the standards and norms related to open&sharing of scientific data and their significances are sorted out.Finally,the key factors affecting the open&sharing of scientific data are concluded in order to provide reference for the follow-up study of scientific data management.[Result/conclusion]The analysis finds that the main modes of scientific data sharing mainly include scientific instrument mode,data platform mode,data publishing mode,crowd sourcing processing mode,data transaction mode,etc.The main scientific data standard specifications include description standards,publishing standards,citation standards,evaluation standards,etc.The key factors affecting the open&sharing of scientific data are policy systems,technology platforms,individual subjects and so on.
