摘要
目的对无创呼吸机治疗的COPD患者应用CCM,并分析其对患者肺功能、治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2019年3月—2020年6月,在我院应用无创呼吸机治疗的88例COPD患者,将其随机分为两组。对照组44例,接受常规护理;观察组44例,在此基础上,应用CCM。对比两组患者的肺功能指标及治疗依从性。结果护理后,观察组患者的FEV1、FEV1/FVC均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗依从率为97.73%,对照组为81.82%,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对无创呼吸机治疗的COPD患者应用CCM可提高其治疗依从性,更好地改善其肺功能,应用效果良好。
Objective:To apply CCM to COPD patients treated with non-invasive ventilator,and to analyze its influence on patients'lung function and treatment compliance.Methods:From March 2019 to June 2020,88 COPD patients who were treated with non-invasive ventilator in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups,with 44 cases in the control group received routine care and 44 cases in the observation group,and the application of CCM was adopted on this basis.The pulmonary function indexes and treatment compliance of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After nursing,the FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the treatment compliance rate of the observation group was 97.73%,and the control group was 81.82%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CCM to COPD patients treated with non-invasive ventilator can improve their treatment compliance,better improve their lung function,and the application effect is good.
