摘要
目的了解未成年子女面对母亲罹患乳腺癌的心理体验,为制定科学的心理支持方案,帮助未成年子女健康成长提供参考。方法对30例乳腺癌患者的未成年子女进行半结构式访谈,并采用Colaizzi七步法进行分析整理,提炼主题。结果未成年子女的心理体验主要表现为五大主题害怕失去母亲;对母亲患病的无能为力感到自责和担忧;因母亲患病后形象的改变而产生自卑;对目前生活的不满和失落;对未来的迷茫和无助。结论未成年子女对母亲身患乳腺癌的负性心理体验需要引起重视,学校和相关医疗卫生机构应该给予支持和帮助,通过有效沟通、心理干预,减轻或消除他们的心理障碍,促进其身心健康发展。
Objective To understand the psychological experience of minor children in the face of their mothers'breast cancer,and provide references for the formulation of scientific psychological support programs,so as to help the healthy growth of minor children.Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the minor children of 30 patients with breast cancer,and Colaizzi's seven-step method was used to analyze and sort out the subjects.Results The psychological experience of the minor children was mainly manifested as five major themes:fear of losing their mother;feeling guilty and worried about their inability to do anything about their illness;self-abasement due to the changes in their mothers'images after illness;dissatisfaction and frustration with current life;confusion and helplessness about the future.Conclusion The negative psychological experience of the minor children to their mothers'breast cancer needs to be paid attention to,and the school and relevant medical and health institutions should give support and help,and reduce or eliminate their psychological barriers through effective communication and psychological intervention,so as to promote the development of their physical and psychological health.
