摘要
糖尿病性骨质疏松症(diabetic osteoporosis,DOP)是糖尿病的一种并发症,主要表现为骨量降低、骨微结构破坏、脆性增加和骨折风险增加。作者通过文献研究,探讨糖尿病性骨质疏松症发生的病因病机,认为基本病因为肺津受损,脾肾肝亏虚,加上痰湿、血瘀等病理因素,总属本虚标实之证,治疗上,重视补益脾肾,同时配合疏肝、祛痰、化瘀、润燥等治法,为临床实践提供指导。
Diabetic osteoporosis(DOP)is a complication of diabetes,mainly manifested as decreased bone mass,bone micro-structure destruction,increased fragility,and increased risk of fractures.The author explores diabetic osteoporosis through literature research The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease is believed to be the basic cause of lung fluid damage,deficiency of the spleen,kidney and liver,coupled with pathological factors such as phlegm dampness,blood stasis,etc.,which are always the syndrome of deficiency and deficiency.In treatment,attention should be paid to the spleen and kidney.At the same time,it cooperates with the treatments of soothing the liver,eliminating phlegm,removing blood stasis,and moistening dryness to provide guidance for clinical practice.
