摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)的病理机制十分复杂,至今仍不明确,其治疗主要以口服药物为主,仅能缓解症状,并不能降低致残率,而干细胞移植作为近年医学界关注的重点和热点,为AD的治疗提供了新方向。干细胞能修复损伤的神经元,恢复神经功能,减少药物使用的不良反应,以改善患者生活质量。目前,干细胞移植技术日趋成熟,对各种类型干细胞在治疗AD中应用的研究正在大力开展,不断进行的动物实验和临床试验取得积极效果,为AD的治疗提供新途径。因此,未来深入探讨干细胞移植治疗AD的可行性对AD的治疗具有重要意义。
The pathological mechanism of Alzheimer′s disease(AD)is very complex and is still unclear.Its treatment is mainly oral drugs,which can only relieve symptoms but not reduce the rate of disability.Stem cell transplantation,as the focus and hotspot of medical attention in recent years,provides a new direction for the treatment of AD.Stem cells can repair damaged neurons,restore neurological function,reduce the adverse reactions of drug use,and improve the quality of life of the patients.At present,the technology of stem cell transplantation is becoming more and more mature,and the research on the application of various types of stem cells in the treatment of AD is being carried out vigorously.Continuous animal experiments and clinical trials have achieved positive results,providing a new way for the treatment of AD.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the feasibility of stem cell transplantation in the treatment of AD in the future.
