摘要 针对某特种汽车燃油箱支架在越野路面行驶过程中出现的焊缝开裂情况,对燃油箱支架展开原因分析,并结合ANSYS软件采用3倍静载荷模拟在越野路况下燃油箱支架极端受力工况并展开分析。根据有限元分析结果及实际车辆使用情况,提出结构优化方案及改进措施,对燃油箱支架进行了结构优化设计改进。经应力测试以及越野路行驶试验验证,结果表明,改进优化后的支架应力有较大改善,为类似结构设计优化提供了思路。 In view of the cracking of welds in the off-road road driving process of a special automobile fuel tank support, the reason analysis of the fuel tank support is carried out, and the analysis is carried out in combination with ANSYS using three times static load simulation in the extreme force conditions of the fuel tank support under off-road road conditions. Based on the limited meta-analysis results and the actual vehicle usage, the structural optimization scheme and improvement measures are put forward for the structural optimization design improvement of the fuel tank support, which is verified by stress test and off-road driving test. The test results show that the improved and optimized bracket stress has been greatly improved, and provides a way of thinking for similar structural design optimization.
