摘要
高校国有资产是保障教育事业发展的重要资源。但就当前高校实际管理情况来看,明显存在着管理效率不高、管理方式分散等问题。本文通过分析高校资产管理现状及存在问题的成因,针对性提出了加强国有资产管理建设的优化对策。
In the implementation of education and teaching management in colleges and universities,the management of state-owned assets owns a special status and plays an important role.However,from the actual management situation,the problems of low management efficiency and decentralized management methods have always restricted the consolidation of its status and the exertion of its role.Therefore,this paper proposed some solutions from the perspective of information construction,such as personnel cooperation,platform construction,evaluation and participation,safety guarantee and so on,which will give colleges and universities more opportunities to deepen their work in the management of state-owned assets.
