摘要
为了实现零件加工特征中间工序模型的快速生成,提出了一种应用基于模型的定义(MBD)技术建立三维工序模型的方法。分析了设计MBD模型与工艺MBD模型、工序MBD模型间的相互关系,结合数字化工艺设计系统,给出了三维工序模型中孔特征和规则凸台面特征的自动生成技术路线,论述了数字化工艺系统的功能框架及信息模型,并验证了应用MBD技术建立三维工序模型的可行性和有效性。
In order to realize the rapid generation of the intermediate process model of the part processing feature,a method of applying MBD technology to establish a 3 D process model was proposed.The relationship of the MBD model in design,in technology and in process was analyzed.In combination with the digital process design system,the technical route for automatic generation of the hole feature and the regular convex surface feature in the 3 D process model was given,and the functional framework and information model of the digital process system were discussed.The feasibility and effectiveness for establishment of a 3 D process model with the application of MBD technology were verified.
