摘要
为了评价一种新型季铵盐戊二醛消毒液的杀菌效果,采用喷雾消毒法,比较5种市售常用消毒液(复合过氧乙酸、季铵盐戊二醛、微酸性次氯酸、漂白水、乙醇)的喷雾消毒效果;进一步采用悬液定量杀菌试验,比较季铵盐戊二醛和复合过氧乙酸对大肠埃希菌(E.coil)、金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)、绿脓杆菌(P.aeruginosa)和白色念珠菌(C.albicans)的杀灭效果。喷雾消毒结果显示,季铵盐戊二醛1∶100倍稀释和复合过氧乙酸1∶24倍稀释下喷雾杀灭率达100%;悬液定量杀菌试验结果显示,季铵盐戊二醛1∶1000倍稀释对S.aureus的杀灭对数值>7,1∶500倍稀释对E.coil杀灭对数值>7,1∶100倍稀释对P.aeruginosa的杀灭对数值>7;复合过氧乙酸1∶1000倍稀释液对E.coil、S.aureus、P.aeruginosa的杀灭对数值均>7;季铵盐戊二醛和复合过氧乙酸1∶500倍稀释对C.albicans的杀灭对数值均>6,杀菌效果均达标。表明新型季铵盐戊二醛和复合型过氧乙酸消毒液对E.coil、S.aureus、P.aeruginosa及C.albicans均有强的杀灭能力。
To evaluate the germicidal efficacy of a new quaternary ammonium salt glutaraldehyde disinfectant,spray disinfection method was used to compare the spray disinfection effects of five disinfectants(compound peracetic acid,quaternary ammonium glutaraldehyde,slightly acidic hypochlorous acid,bleach,and ethanol).Suspension quantitative sterilization test was used to observe the germicidal efficacy of quaternary ammonium salt glutaraldehyde and compound peracetic acid on Escherichia coli(E.coil),Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(P.aeruginosa)and Candida albicans(C.albicans).The results showed that in the spray test,the killing rate of the bacteria were 100% when the 1∶100 dilution of quaternary ammonium salt glutaraldehyde and the 1∶24 dilution of compound peracetic acid were used.Suspension quantitative sterilization test results showed that the killing log value of the quaternary ammonium salt glutaraldehyde at 1∶1000 dilution to S.aureus was>7,and at 1∶500 dilution to E.coil was>7,at 1∶100 dilution to P.aeruginosa was>7.The killing log value of the compound peracetic acid at 1∶1000 dilution to E.coil,S.aureus,and P.aeruginosa were all>7.The killing log values of C.albicans in the quaternary ammonium salt glutaraldehyde and the compound peracetic acid 1∶500 dilution were all>6.All above sterilization effects were up to standard.The quaternary ammonium salt glutaraldehyde and the compound peracetic acid have strong killing ability to E.coil,S.aureus,P.aeruginosa and C.albicans.
