摘要
目的探讨食道鳞癌新辅助化疗后手术时机对微创食管癌切除术(MIE)术中胸腔部分手术的影响。方法回顾性分析经新辅助化疗后行MIE术患者51例,其中新辅助化疗2周后行手术25例,新辅助化疗4周后行手术26例。对比2组胸部手术时间、胸部术中出血、淋巴结清扫数、胸腔引流量、胸管留置时间、住院时间。结果2组胸腔部手术时间为(90.4±9.5)min vs(79.27±9.0)min(P=0.810),胸腔术中出血量为(138.1±11.0)ml vs(122.7±14.0)ml(P=0.228),淋巴结清扫数为(21.4±3.4)枚vs(21.5±3.8)枚(P=0.950),胸腔引流量为(910.2±84.3)ml vs(829.8±65.7)ml(P=0.248);术后胸管留置时间为(5.6±1.2)d vs(5.3±1.2)d(P=0.793),住院时间为(11.0±1.8)d vs(11.3±2.3)d(P=0.642)。结论新辅助化疗后手术时间对胸腔部分手术的影响没有差异。
Objective To investigate the effects of surgical opportunity after neoadjuvant chemotherapy on partial thoracic surgery during MIE operation in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods The clinical data about 51 patients who underwent MIE surgery after neoadjuvant chemotherapy were retrospectively analyzed,including 25 patients who underwent surgery at 2 weeks after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and 26 patients who underwent surgery at 4 weeks after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.The thoracic surgery duration,intrathoracic hemorrhage volume,lymph node dissection number,thoracic drainage volume,indwelling time of thoracic duct,and length of hospital stay were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the operation time,intrathoracic hemorrhage volume,lymph node dissection number,thoracic drainage volume,indwelling time of thoracic duct after operation,and length of hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion There are no effects of surgical opportunity after neoadjuvant chemotherapy on partial thoracic surgery during MIE operation in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
