摘要
随着电力系统的发展和计算机通信技术的革新,火电企业自动化、数字化和智能化程度越来越高,火力发电企业电力监控系统网络之间的信息交互也越来越复杂,在日益严峻的工控安全形势下,必须有一个完善的电力监控系统安全防护策略,来保障机组的安全稳定运行。主要采取火电企业电力监控的安全分区和边界防护的方法以提升提升了网路监控系统运行的稳定性。火电企业内部基于计算机和网络技术的业务系统,划分为生产控制大区和管理信息大区。生产控制大区与管理信息大区之间必须部署经国家指定部门检测认证的电力专用横向单向安全隔离装置,隔离强度应达到或接近物理隔离。生产控制大区内的系统之间应采取VLAN和访问控制等安全措施。通过规范的网络分区、严格的边界防护和有效的审计分析,实现了电力监控系统的安全运行。
Along with the development of electric power system and computer communication technology innovation,automatic,digital and intelligent degree is higher and higher thermal power enterprises,thermal power enterprise information interaction between electric power monitoring and control system for network is becoming more nd more complex,in the increasingly severe safety control in the situation,must have a perfect power monitoring system security protection strategy,to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.Mainly adopt the methods of security zoning and boundary protection of power monitoring of thermal power enterprises to improve the stability of the network monitoring system.The internal business system of thermal power enterprises based on computer and network technology is divided into production control area and management information area.Between the production control area and the management information area,a special horizontal one-way safety isolation device for electric power that has been tested and certified by the national designated department must be deployed,and the isolation strength should reach or approach physical isolation;VLANs should be adopted between the systems in the production control area And security measures such as access control.Through standardized network partitions,strict boundary protection and effective audit analysis,the safe operation of the power monitoring system is realized.
